  3. We review the references before production and will contact you if an important detail is unclear.

Personalised ceramics normally require 10–14 business days before dispatch. If a piece must be remade after firing or quality inspection, production can occasionally take 3–4 weeks.

Care

Follow any product-specific care information shown with your order. Hand washing with mild detergent and a soft cloth is the gentlest option for decorated and sculptural ceramics. Do not assume microwave, dishwasher or oven suitability unless it is expressly stated.

Delivery & production

Ready-to-ship pieces are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces normally require 10–14 business days before dispatch and can occasionally take 3–4 weeks if a remake is needed after firing.

Returns

Eligible ready-made goods can generally be withdrawn from within 14 days. Personalised goods are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain covered.
