A little care keeps ceramic pieces looking their best for longer.

Everyday cleaning

• Follow any care instructions shown on the individual product page.
• For decorated, metallic or personalised finishes, hand wash gently with warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, sudden temperature changes and prolonged soaking.
• Dry carefully before storing.

Dishwasher and microwave use

Do not assume a piece is dishwasher-, microwave- or oven-safe unless the product page says so. Metallic details must never be placed in a microwave. Decorative pieces are not intended for food use unless expressly described as food-safe.

Natural variation

Minor differences in glaze, tone, dimensions and surface are expected in ceramic production. Fine lines in a glaze can be part of its intended finish. Stop using tableware if it develops a structural crack or chip that could make it unsafe.
