Personalisation Guide
A simple guide to creating a piece that is yours.
1. Choose an eligible piece
Personalisation is available only where an option is shown on the product page. Available colours, lettering, motifs and character limits vary by design.
2. Enter the details carefully
Please check spelling, capitalisation, dates and colour selections before adding the item to your cart. We prepare the piece using the information submitted with the order.
3. We prepare your order
Personalised and made-to-order ceramics normally require 10–14 business days before dispatch. If a piece needs to be remade after firing or quality inspection, production may occasionally take 3–4 weeks. Any product-specific estimate shown on the product page takes priority.
4. Your piece is dispatched
When available, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please note: products made to your individual selection or clearly personalised for you are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
