The quickest way to follow your order is through the dispatch email sent after it leaves us.
Where to find tracking
If tracking is available, your shipping confirmation includes the carrier link. You can also use the order-status link in your order confirmation email.
No dispatch email yet?
Ready-to-ship goods are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Personalised and made-to-order pieces normally require 10–14 business days before dispatch and may occasionally take 3–4 weeks if a piece must be remade after firing or inspection.
Tracking has not moved
Carrier scans can take time to update. If there is no movement for several business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
Never share payment details by email. To locate an order, we need only the order number and the email address used at checkout.
