These Terms of Use govern access to o-tonkeramik.com. Purchase terms are additionally governed by our General Terms and Conditions.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful personal or business browsing and shopping. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, misuse checkout, impersonate another person or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Accounts and information

If account features are available, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for information submitted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site and its text, graphics, photography, branding and design are owned by or licensed to O-TON Keramik. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit them commercially without permission, except where law allows.

Product information and availability

We work to keep site information accurate, but availability can change and obvious errors may be corrected. Ceramic colours can look different across screens, and handmade or hand-finished pieces naturally vary.

Third-party services and links

The store uses services provided by Shopify and may link to carriers, payment providers or other third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites or their content, although this does not affect responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and liability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
