  3. We review the references before production and will contact you if an important detail is unclear.

Personalised ceramics normally require 10–14 business days before dispatch. If a piece must be remade after firing or quality inspection, production can occasionally take 3–4 weeks.

Handle with care and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. This memorial piece is intended for respectful indoor display.

Returns

Eligible ready-made goods can generally be withdrawn from within 14 days. Personalised goods are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain covered.
